Mr. Dec’s home appraisal was objective, timely, extremely thorough and, most importantly, accurate; the resultant valuation opinion was the basis for my daughter’s lawsuit against her ex-husband, who attempted to create an inflated evaluation. Subsequently, Mr. Dec was called as an expert witness on my daughter’s behalf; his technical and intimate knowledge of appraisal standards far exceeded that of her ex-husband’s appraiser, discrediting the opinion of that appraiser. We very pleased with the judge’s eventual decision; Mr. Dec’s expert testimony was essential the success of the lawsuit.
