Art Dec is a Certified General Appraiser licensed in North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee. He is also a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, one of the most respected professional organizations in the appraisal industry.
Throughout his career, Art has completed valuation assignments involving residential properties, office buildings, industrial facilities, retail centers, multifamily communities, development land, mixed-use properties, and special-purpose real estate. His experience allows him to provide clients with objective, well-supported opinions of value for a variety of lending, legal, investment, and estate-related needs.
In addition to appraisal services, Art is an experienced real estate broker who understands the practical and financial considerations involved in buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
